
Alonso Catalán is a Chilean visual artist and interdisciplinary producer, graduated from the Universidad Católica de Chile with a degree in Digital Imaging and certification in Interactive Media. His training fuses aesthetic thinking with technological tools from creative programming to mapping, music and experience design, consolidating a hybrid profile capable of translating complex ideas into tangible projects. His academic work explores the crossovers between art, design, sound, digital narratives, always with an experimental approach.
With three years of experience in the ecosystem of art, live music and immersive events, he has collaborated in productions where technology amplifies artistic expression. His role usually integrates technical direction, visual design and creative management, standing out for his ability to connect disciplines such as performance, sound, installation and media arts under a cohesive vision. He masters agile methodologies and prioritises applied innovation, whether in stages, galleries or public spaces.
Passionate about democratising access to art, he promotes projects where horizontality and collaboration are pillars. He aspires to lead teams in the creative industry, focusing on cultural production, unconventional exhibition spaces and interactive experiences.
